PCh 150 / HPCh 150壓電陶瓷芯片多層壓電陶瓷組成最大推力可高達(dá)10000N,這些驅(qū)動(dòng)器可以精密移動(dòng),產(chǎn)生的自由行程范圍(無負(fù)載條件下)從2 μm至4 μm 。驅(qū)動(dòng)器預(yù)載最大位移負(fù)載時(shí),可以達(dá)到最大位移,每種型號(hào)對(duì)于這點(diǎn)都有相應(yīng)規(guī)定。每種型號(hào)最大位移的實(shí)際值有所差異,必須通過實(shí)驗(yàn)確定,最大位移始終會(huì)大于自由行程位移。

Mounting advises: Piezo-chips show very small stroke rates due to their short active length L.
Incorrect mounting will impact force and stroke generation, leading to insufficient performance and unwanted bending and tilting. Please follow instructions in chapter 2.3.
